Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. While we would love to see you at the Y, we honor social distancing and have a variety of at-home exercise options for you to try with the announcement of our new virtual class options.

Live Virtual Group Exercise

We know you’d prefer to be here with us, attending these group exercise classes in person (so would we), but we are excited to offer live streaming workouts with our Y staff to help you stay healthy and connected during this time of isolation.
