HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAMS

Group Exercise Classes

Stay active with hundreds of free classes each week, including Les Mills®, yoga, Pilates, cycling, dance, Zumba®, water fitness, and more. Classes are available for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities—led by inspiring instructors who keep you moving and motivated.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one or in small groups with certified YMCA personal trainers who will create a customized plan to help you reach your fitness and weight-loss goals.

Small Group Training & Specialty Classes

Push yourself with programs like women on weights, kettlebell, TRX, and other specialty offerings designed to target specific fitness goals in a supportive, small-group setting.

Cardio & Strength Training

Veteran's Wellness

Take the next step in your wellness journey by joining our weekly Veterans group. Open to Veterans of all ages and abilities—and their spouses or partners—our program provides a supportive space to focus on physical fitness, mental well-being, and social connection.

LIVESTRONG® At The Y

Our LIVESTRONG® program focuses on gentle strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and balance exercises tailored specifically for cancer survivors. Beyond physical fitness, the program emphasizes emotional wellness, motivation, and community support, connecting participants with others who share similar experiences.
