OBSTACLE COURSE TRAINING
Train with a small, motivated group with the goal of running an obstacle course race together! Represent your local YMCA in a Spartan Race, MudRun, Adventure Race and more! Gain the confidence to complete the races with training from experienced trainers who are here to prepare you for the tasks to come. Focuses will include endurance running, upper body strength, balance, agility, lateral movement, teamwork and lots of fun!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
This class focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk, and related lifts. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency, and coordination in the movements.

OUTDOOR CROSS TRAINING
Let's take it outside with a series of bodyweight exercises and high-intensity movements including burpees, and pushups, with implementing weights, kettlebells, and steps. Keeping it to a small group with the trainer focusing on form and challenging each participant to their ability. Weather permitting, could be brought inside if needed.

RACE DAY 5K/10K
Prepare yourself to run a 5K or 10K with this program by practicing cardiovascular techniques as well as working through ways to increase your muscular endurance. This program will help prepare you mentally and physically with trainers who have firsthand experience in running these types of races.

ROWED RAGE
A high-intensity class that includes strength and cardio to make up a total body workout that is centered around improving technique and capacity on the rower. Don’t be surprised to see kettlebells, dumbbells, plyo-boxes, and TRX straps either!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
This class includes a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training, and speed elements within each class session. Take it to the next level in this fast-paced small class that mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a high-intensity, sweaty workout. Modifications are always provided along with the stress of using proper form to avoid injury. Work at your own pace through different rounds of a variety of exercises. You’ll leave class feeling powerful and strong!

The Total Gym trainer allows for time-efficient, intense full-body workouts that combine cardio and strength. This workout is great for all fitness levels.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

This program is designed to help women gain a beautifully sculpted physique while building confidence with a variety of weight training equipment. Ladies will be led by a trainer through a comprehensive strength and core program to help them reach their goals and build a strong, confident body.
