Kick-start your progress just in time for the New Year with our Weight Loss Challenge for YMCA members January 26th - April 12th. Accountability is a key to losing weight or staying fit and that is a huge benefit of participating in this group challenge. Our certified YMCA Personal Trainers will evaluate your current weight, BMI (Body Mass Index) and other key measurements prior, during and post member challenge to help you manage and maintain along the way. There will even be prizes given to the top three male and top three female winners!
