The event runs April 23–25, 2026 and is split between the North Shore and Point State Park, with hundreds of thousands of visitors expected.
Getting around Pittsburgh during this time requires planning:
- Avoid driving downtown if possible—limited parking and major road closures are expected
- Use park-and-ride lots + transit for the easiest access
- Take advantage of light rail (“T”), buses, and walking routes between venues
- Consider alternative options like:
- River transportation via Gateway Clipper Fleet
- Bike share through POGOH Bike Share
- Reserve parking ahead of time using tools like ParkPGH or ParkWhiz
Key tip: The two main event areas are walkable via the Roberto Clemente Bridge (pedestrian access during the event).
Pittsburgh’s food scene is right in the middle of the action—especially Downtown and the North Shore.
