LITTLE CHAMPS BASKETBALL
Ages 3–5
Introduce your little one to the fundamentals of basketball in a fun, encouraging environment. Little Champs helps young athletes develop basic skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and coordination while learning to follow directions, work with others, and enjoy being active.
YOUTH BASKETBALL: LEARN TO PLAY
Youth
Ready to learn the game? This program introduces young players to the fundamentals of basketball while building confidence, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Players will develop their skills through age-appropriate instruction, drills, and plenty of time on the court.
YOUTH DEK HOCKEY
Ages 5–7
Get moving with this fast-paced introduction to dek hockey! Young players will learn the fundamentals of the game while developing coordination, teamwork, and confidence. No ice required—just bring your energy and get ready to play!
KARATE – ISSHINRYU
Ages 8–15
Build strength, discipline, focus, and confidence through Isshinryu Karate. Participants learn martial arts techniques in a structured, supportive environment while developing skills that extend beyond the dojo.
SELF-DEFENSE

Learn practical self-defense skills while building confidence, awareness, and physical fitness. This program provides teens and adults with an opportunity to develop techniques and strategies in a supportive, instructional environment.
