With Governor Wolf’s announcement today that Allegheny County will transition into the green phase beginning next Friday, June 5, we want to provide an update on where the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh stands.
Y Partners with Fogo de Chao for Emergency Food Delivery
The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh has partnered with Fogo de Chão to bring meals to families and seniors in need during this time of uncertainty. Fogo will prepare prepackaged meals for pickup by Y staff in the Y on the Fly van for no-contact delivery to area families over the coming weeks.

Centre Avenue YMCA Renovation Kicks Off Feb. 14
The Centre Avenue YMCA is set to undergo a $7 million renovation over the next 10 months beginning in February.
On Friday, February 14, YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh and ACTION-Housing will commemorate the kickoff of the Centre Avenue YMCA renovation project with an event at 10:30 a.m. at the historic Y located at 2621 Centre Ave. in the Hill District.
