YLive-Virtual Classes

The mission of the Y is bigger than a building!

Here, you will find a set of virtual tools, open-air resources, and information you can put to use while we all comply with public health efforts. It’s our way of helping you to stay active, healthy and connected in your own home, and in your own time.

See below for offerings from your favorite instructors at YOUR Y's. You will see some familiar faces and meet some new friends. Join in every day from the comfort of your own home for live streaming of each class offered. We look forward to continuing to be a part of your everyday life.

How to get started:

Step 1: Click on the virtual group exercise schedule to expand.

Step 2: Scroll through the classes and find the one you would like to join. Click on ‘Go To Class’ button on the right side of the class option. You will need to access this class the same way each time.

Step 3: Once in the class, select the mute option and turn off camera if preferred. You may want the camera on for smaller classes so the instructor can coach form. Then select ‘Join Now’ on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Click on the people option top right to bring up list of participants and if you click on your own name you can mute yourself and pin the instructor.

Step 5: If you scroll to the bottom of the screen, an option to leave meeting, mute call and turn camera on and off will appear.

Step 6: Click on the instructors name along right hand side and pin their picture so their screen stays up for class.
